Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

United States: 10-15 business days
United Kingdom: 10-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are shipped from different fulfillment locations. You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Bazira Yarn Goods is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, or incorrect address information. If your package appears lost, please contact us so we can assist you with the carrier.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
